You will receive an Order Confirmation Email

The Processing period begins. Processing time is 3-5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Processing period is extended for Wigs. Processing period is extended 1-5 Business days during a sales period.

After the processing period is over, your shipping label will be created

You will receive an Order Fulfillment email. Your tracking number will be inside this email.

Your package is shipped off via USPS Priority mail (1-3 business days)
Shipping and Processing Time for Ready to wear wigs and hair product/accessories
Processing time does not include the day of your order. Once your order has been processed, you will receive your tracking number via email. This will be the same email you used when you placed your order. Make sure you check your spam folder and wait after 5 business days have passed before contacting us. Tracking activity will become available after 24 hrs.
Shipping Time
Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished.

Refunds, Returns And Cancellations
Due to the nature of this business refunds are not accepted. Returns are accepted ONLY when you have received the wrong item(s). Because of this policy, we strongly recommend that you ensure that you have ordered the correct product.
Lost/Stolen Packages
We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced.

All Packages come with a Tracking number. USPS updates their system every time they put their hands on your package.

If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have you package held at your local USPS post office via WWW.USPS.COM
Payments And Ordering
Our preferred method of payment is PayPal. PayPal is one of the best, safest and secure ways to make an online payment. We accept the following payment type for your protection and ours: Paypal, Visa, Master Card and American Express. We do not have access to share your credit card information with anyone. Your information is secured via Paypal.

How to use Paypal? Once you reach the checkout page and select the PayPal option, and click the "CONFIRM ORDER BUTTON", you will be redirected to PayPal where you will be able to complete the checkout process. Simply follow one of the options to pay with your credit card.
Undeliverable Packages, Incorrect Addresses, And Refused Deliveries
Your order will be shipped via USPS to the address you provide. Tracking numbers are sent to your email address as soon as soon as a shipping label is created. If you do not receive a tracking number, please let us know. Use your USPS tracking to track your package in transit. Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package.
Due to problems with missing shipments and fraud attempts, we ship all packages with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. Meaning, someone must be there to sign for the package. USPS will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for package pick-up, if necessary. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.
