Custom Units are custom machine-made wigs perfectly tailored to your specific measurements with bundles & a closure/frontal. 

All Custom Units are made to order and come with:

Closure Units are perfect for beginners, glueless, and great for everyday wear. They require no adhesive And minimal maintenance.

Frontal Units cover the entire hair liner and provide endless versatility. Gel/adhesive may be needed. Frontals are very high maintenance and NOT recommended for beginners.

Custom Wig Construction Policy

Please ensure measurements are correctly taken because we will not issue a refund due to improper measurements. If you have any concerns or need help with your measurements, don't hesitate to contact us at support@ladyvic.net. If you send in the wrong measurements, we are not liable for your wig not fitting. *You will be subject to a reconstruction fee*

When providing hair from other companies, we cannot guarantee that your hair will style correctly or your knots will bleach to the correct level. Once the wig is in your possession, we are no longer responsible for the wig and how you choose to maintain it.

Do not scratch the lace, apply Direct heat, or excessively pull at the lace. It will damage your wig and reduce its longevity; the Ladyvic Glamour collection will not be held responsible.

ALL PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED USPS WITH SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. 

Standard Shipping is 2-4 Business Days, Express Shipping is 1-2 Business Days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated .

We will not be held liable for any order delays due to incorrect shipping and billing address. Please make sure you enter your address correctly, including building and apartment numbers. If you enter your shipping address incorrectly, please email ladyvicglamour@gmail.com to have it updated immediately.

A shipping confirmation email will be sent as soon as your order has left our facility. Please keep in mind once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of them.
