Are your wigs glueless?
Our glueless wigs can be worn without adhesive. Check the individual product listing for its lace type, fit, and construction.
How often should I wash my wig?
Cleanse your wig approximately every two weeks, adjusting for wear and product buildup. Use gentle products designed to moisturize and detangle hair, and follow the care instructions for your texture.
Which products do you recommend?
Our listed recommendations include Dove Intense Repair shampoo and conditioner, Aussie Moist shampoo and conditioner, and TRESemmé moisturizing conditioners. For styling, the listed options include Biosilk Silk Therapy Original and Beyond the Zone heat protectant.
Which wig is best for a beginner?
We recommend a lace closure wig for beginners. Its smaller lace area is generally easier to maintain. Frontal wigs cover more of the hairline and offer more styling flexibility, but require more installation and maintenance experience.
What is the difference between a closure and a frontal?
The measurements describe the lace size in inches. For example, a 5×5 closure has a smaller lace area, while a 13×4 or 13×6 frontal extends across the hairline from ear to ear. Check each product’s listed lace specifications.

What is the difference between your two custom-wig options?
Made-to-Order Custom Wigs | Hair Included: choose a pictured design, purchase it, and submit your head measurements so LadyVic can recreate it to fit you. Custom Wig Construction | Provide Your Own Hair: you supply the approved bundles and lace, and LadyVic constructs your wig. Hair is not included in the construction service.
Do I need head measurements?
Yes, custom-fit wigs require all six head measurements. Open the head measurement guide. For Made-to-Order wigs, record your measurements before checkout, then email them with your order number to support@ladyvicglamour.com after purchasing. Follow the individual product instructions. Ready-to-Ship wigs use the cap size listed on their product page.
Can I pick up my wig locally?
Utah customers purchasing eligible Ready-to-Ship or Made-to-Order wigs may choose free local pickup with a complimentary install by appointment. Provide Your Own Hair construction and Wig Customization are mail-in services; follow the mailing instructions on those product pages. Pickup and installation details are provided after payment. Email support@ladyvicglamour.com with your order number to arrange pickup and installation.
How long will my wig last?
Longevity depends on how often you wear it, your lifestyle, and how you care for the hair and lace. Lace may need replacement over time. Handle it gently and follow the care instructions.
Can you cut my lace?
Lace can be precut at no additional cost on closure wigs only. This option does not apply to frontal wigs.
Why was my order canceled?
Your shipping address must match the billing address verified by your card issuer. Orders that cannot be verified may be canceled. For questions about your specific order, email support@ladyvicglamour.com.
Why do you cut the wefts during wig construction?
When constructing a wig on a sewing machine, we cut the wefts between rows to help the wig lie flat and avoid bulk.
Does the hair shed?
Some shedding can occur with wefted hair and lace pieces. Gentle handling and proper maintenance help reduce shedding. Avoid excessive pulling, rough brushing, and overprocessing the lace.
What is your return, exchange, and cancellation policy?
All sales are final, subject to the limited 24-hour cancellation option and order-issue claims in our Refund Policy. We do not accept voluntary returns or exchanges. Read the full policy before ordering.
Can I provide my own hair?
Yes. Purchase Custom Wig Construction | Provide Your Own Hair. Send only brand-new, unused, uncut, and unworn human-hair bundles and approved lace. The product page lists accepted lace specifications and mailing instructions.
How many bundles should I send?
Bundle requirements depend on length and desired fullness. Review the bundle guide on the Custom Wig Construction page. Your closure or frontal is additional to the recommended bundles.
How long does a custom wig take?
Made-to-Order wigs take 5–14 business days after full payment and all required information are received. Customer-provided hair construction takes 5–14 business days after acceptable hair, lace, full payment, and complete measurements are received. Shipping transit time is additional. See the Shipping Policy for the processing start and cancellation period.
How is a custom wig different from a Ready-to-Ship wig?
A custom wig is constructed using your submitted measurements. A Ready-to-Ship wig is an existing unit with a listed cap size. Check its measurements before purchase to ensure a suitable fit.
How should I store my wig?
A wig storage bag helps preserve the style and protects the wig from dust and dirt when it is not being worn.
How should I prepare my hair under my wig?
A flat braided foundation helps the wig sit evenly. Straight-back braids are recommended. Keep the foundation comfortable and avoid excessive tension.
