Due to sanitary reasons and the nature of the products, there are absolutely no REFUND. What is the nature of this product? Hair Extensions. Hair Extensions cannot be resold after being handled by the buyer. This is why all sales are final on Ready-to-Ship Wigs, Made to Order Wigs, or Wig Construction Sevices. However, we strive to provide each customer with fantastic customer service. If the mistake is on our behalf, please contact us at Support@ladyvic.net, and we will try our best to fix the issue.
Cancellation
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a $40 flat fee deducted. Cancellations are only Accepted within 24hrs hours of the original purchase date.
Return/ Exchange
Returns are not accepted. If you are unsatisfied
with your wig after receiving it, we will try our best to accommodate it to your liking, but no refunds or exchanges will be rendered.
Custom Wig Construction Policy
Please ensure measurements are taken
properly because we will not issue a refund due to improper measurements. If you have any concerns or need help with your measurements please contact us at support@ladyvic.net If you send in the wrong measurements, we are not liable for your wig not fitting. *You will be subject to a reconstruction fee*
When providing hair from other companies, we cannot guarantee that your hair will style correctly or your knots will bleach to the correct level. Once the wig is in your possession, we are no longer
responsible for the wig and how you choose to maintain it.
Do not scratch the lace, apply direct heat to the lace, or excessively pull at the lace. This will damage your wig and reduce its longevity, Ladyvic Glamour Collection will not be held responsible.
Processing Times
Please note, these times do not include shipping.
• Ready to Wear Wigs: 1-2 Business Days
• Custom Wigs: 5-14 business Days
• Wig Spa: 5-7 Business Days
• Lace Replacement: up to 7-14 business Days after receiving the hair in the mail.
• provide the hair for custom wigs 7-10 business days
•Glamour wig accessories: 1-2 Business Days.

SHIPPING DELAYS BEYOND OUR CONTROL AND CANNOT GUARANTEE SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES. PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN PLACING AN ORDER.
PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED USPS WITH CONFIRMATION.
Shipping time occurs after the processing time is complete
Standard Shipping is 2-4 Business Days, Express Shipping is 1-2 Business Days.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be update.
We will not be held liable for any order delays due to incorrect shipping and billing addresses.
Please make sure you enter your address correctly, including building and apartment numbers. If you enter your shipping address incorrectly, please email
Support@ladyvic.net to have it updated immediately.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent as soon as your order has left our facility. Please keep in mind once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of them. If there are any shipping delays or your package states that it was delivered and you have not received it, or problems once your items have been shipped, please get in touch with USPS or FedEx for assistance.
We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
