What You See Is the Design You Are Ordering. The wig shown in the photos represents the overall 26-inch straight, jet-black, middle-part design, styling, and standard fullness Hair by LadyVic will recreate for your order. Your unit is handcrafted after purchase to fit the head measurements you submit. Hair is included. Because raw human hair is natural and every wig is handmade, slight variation may occur.

Made to Order: This is not a Ready-to-Ship wig. The wig is created after your purchase. The photographed wig represents the design, not an already completed unit reserved for immediate shipment.
Required Head Measurements: Two Steps
- Before checkout: Open the head measurement guide and write down all six measurements in inches: circumference; front to nape; ear to ear across forehead; ear to ear over top of head; temple to temple around back; and nape width.
- After checkout: Email all six measurements and your order number to support@ladyvicglamour.com. Your order confirmation email contains your order number.
Production begins after the 24-hour cancellation period, full payment, and all required information are received.
Measurement Responsibility
Your wig is constructed according to the measurements you submit. Please measure carefully and review all measurements before submitting your order. Hair by LadyVic is not responsible for fit issues caused by incorrect measurements submitted by the customer. If there is a confirmed construction error on our part, contact Hair by LadyVic promptly so the issue can be reviewed.
Processing and Shipping
Processing takes 5–14 business days after payment and all required information have been received. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Shipping transit time is separate. Free standard shipping within the United States. Customers collecting locally in Utah may choose free pickup at checkout. Utah residents receive a complimentary installation with their wig purchase, by appointment. Email support@ladyvicglamour.com with your order number to arrange pickup and installation. Changes and Cancellations
Review your order carefully before checkout. Cancellation or change requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase, as described in our Refund Policy. Changes are not guaranteed and require approval. After 24 hours, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Once hair has been sourced, prepared, cut, colored, customized, or construction has begun, changes cannot be made.
Final Sale
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Made-to-Order wigs are created specifically for each customer. No voluntary returns, refunds, or exchanges, subject to the limited 24-hour cancellation and order-issue claim provisions in our Refund Policy.
